Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened medicines, healthcare products, or consumables cannot be returned.

Return Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if applicable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the full amount (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) will be refunded.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your provided bank account or as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened medicines or healthcare products.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Items returned after the allowed time frame.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for the same item (for example, if it was damaged in transit), we will provide a replacement free of cost.
